» Read onI recently left a review giving one star as I was waiting for a refund after having to cancel my car hire unfortunately. It did take a while and I had been frustrated that the refund could not be made to my credit card, which I had paid with, instead of sending my bank details. I also wasn’t aware that the refund would take place after the date of the booking. Anyway it eventually got sorted by a helpful lady called Tania Pinar. I was very impressed that she called me today to explain the situation. We’ve used Fetajo many times in the past and will do again. They have proved to be very efficient and helpful and I look forward to going to Spain as soon as we can and using Fetajo!

Friendly and prompt service. I just felt a little unsure about leaving the car in the correct location maybe a map would help. I know the airport well and I am familiar with the location I parked the car in but having just a verbal description could leave to uncertainty
