    Many things about Fetajo are really good. Especially the service level and the no-fuzz damage policy. The fleet is average to good but nothing spectacular.

    However, the fact that Fetajo does not accept AMEX for payment does make the main local competitor a better choice on the total. As a renter paying with AMEX is always the best choice from an insurance perspective. Start accepting AMEX is 2021 and there will be 5 stars from me.

    My family and I have used this company now for over 10 years for both holidays and golf trips and have never been let down. They are always professional, fair priced, on time and the vehicles are clean and of an excellent standard. Most importantly there is no nonsense with fuel or vehicle upgrades like the scams some other companies try and implement. We always take the full insurace as it gives piece of mind for a small addition to the cost. Great car hire company
