I have always disliked three things about car rental: 1: It always gets more expensive than agreed. 2: It takes a long time to get the car at the airport and they try to sell you extra things. 3: There is always a hassle about something when you return the car.
Fetajo has disproved all my prejudices. We have rented a car all summer and have received a fantastic service throughout. We had a problem with a tire and it was arranged in the best possible way. We also had to extend the rent when our beloved dog became ill, this was also arranged easily and at a favorable cost.
We had planned to buy a car for our summer home in Benalmadena, now we will rent from Fetajo instead, they take care of all the complicated things and speak very good English.
It feels all the way that this is a family business and a special thanks goes to *** giving world class service.
There is one bad detail that should be included: unfortunately there is no Fetajo in Sweden.
